Information processed by the tools
Many HighSEOTools utilities run in the browser. For those tools, routine pasted text, JSON, binary strings, metadata fields, and similar inputs are processed inside the visitor's session and are not intentionally stored by HighSEOTools.
Some website audit tools need a public URL or domain to work. Those requests may be sent to a HighSEOTools server endpoint so the application can fetch public headers, HTML, redirects, DNS clues, sitemap signals, or availability details. Visitors should not submit private URLs, passwords, API keys, or confidential documents.
Analytics and site operations
HighSEOTools may use analytics and hosting logs to understand traffic, diagnose errors, measure page performance, protect the service from abuse, and improve navigation. These records may include browser type, device details, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and event timing.
Analytics is used to improve the website and tool quality. It is not used to ask visitors to create an account because the public tools do not require signup for basic use.
Advertising and AdSense
HighSEOTools is prepared for Google AdSense review and does not display ads yet. When advertising is enabled after approval, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads; non-personalized ads still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud and abuse prevention.

The website does not place fake download buttons, misleading ad labels, or ads inside empty result areas. Ad placements should never make a visitor think an advertisement is part of a tool output.
Contact messages
When a visitor emails [email protected], the message may include an email address, page URL, tested input, screenshots, and issue details. This information is used to respond to the request, reproduce bugs, correct content, and improve the service.
Do not send sensitive personal data, passwords, private documents, or third-party confidential information through support requests.
Retention and choices
- Browser-tool inputs are not intentionally stored by HighSEOTools when the calculation runs locally.
- Server logs, analytics records, and support emails may be retained as needed for security, debugging, legal compliance, and product improvement.
- Visitors can limit cookies through browser settings, use private browsing, or avoid submitting public URL checks if they do not want a request processed by a server endpoint.
- Correction and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the relevant message or issue.
